Brasserie Suisse embodies authentic Swiss culinary culture right in the heart of Zurich. Our philosophy is clear and uncompromising: we serve only Swiss products with AOP or IGP certification — produced by farmers who have been perfecting their craft for generations.

Our cuisine combines traditional recipes with modern brasserie culture, bringing authentic Swiss classics to the table with a contemporary twist.
We serve this with one of the most diverse selections of Swiss wines — carefully chosen from every region of the country. From Valais to Eastern Switzerland, you can discover the flavours of Switzerland in all their diversity here.
The menu ranges from homemade rösti and spätzli to fondue and raclette, as well as regional meat and sausage specialities. All dishes are also available to take away.
